• Wireless NVR reboot in many times

    • Answer:

      (1)To check your NVR power supply whether it is correct, go to change it with correct one.you can not use the camera power adapter.

      (2) Take out your Hard Disk from NVR and check it will reboot without Hard Disk

      (3) Unplug the cable and check whether it is arisen from the conflict with IP address or your PC IP address 

      (4)Restored factory defaults wireless NVR

      (5)Screen shot the version information and we can offer you upgrade package to upgrade the firmware


       

  • NVR can not recognize Hard disk

    • Answer:

      (1)To check your hard disk power and USB line whether they connects well or not, then go to touch the hard disk and check whether it can vibrate and become hot.

      (2) To check your NVR power supply whether it is correct or not, go to change it with correct one.you can not use the camera power adapter.

      (3) Perhaps the hard disk model is old that can not recognize or the current hard drive format is special.Please connect the hard disk to the computer and format it into FAT32 or NTFS format

      (4) Also can try to change other Hard disk to check it whether it can work, such as your computer Hard disk.

      (5) Restored factory defaults wireless NVR

  • There is not image from your monitor(or displaying frequency is too large of monitor)

    • Answer:

      ( 1) The monitor does not support the current resolution output of the wireless NVR. A display that needs to be connected to a larger screen, such as television or other monitors that support higher resolution..

      (2)Enter the system setup - General Setup- Screen Setup and then go to modify the resolution,( generally speaking, modify to lower resolution), and that can connect to your originally monitor.


       

  • In the client,camera can control,but the preset point does not work.

    • Answer:

      (1)Whether use the H264DVR protocol to add  (2)If you can not search,you should use the search tool hand movement to search IP,Port is 34567,protocol is H264DVR.following the picture

       

  • NVR can not search the IPC

    • Answer:

      (1)Confirm the IPC have power on,check the IPC and NVR network is unimpeded or not and comb of connect the light will bright or not.

      (2)Fixed the IPC and NVR in the same network segment.(3)Using the ONVIF protocol search in the NVR,if still can not search IPC with Ethernet cable can be directly connected to the NVR search.(4)Hand movement add the IPC to the NVR protocol:ONVIF, port:8899(default)

      (5)All of the above methods can not search or add,connect the IPC with computer to use the search in search software,Sending the screenshot of IPC system information to customer service confirmation,update the latest firmware update.


       

  • The IR lights are flashing at night and network is instability

    • Answer:

       

      (1)When the IR lights are flashing at night and network is instability,you will check and affirm the voltage stability or not.(2)Replace the power supply to try.(3)Restore the factory settings (p01:call 99+1,p02:call64+62+62)


       

  • The HDD or SD card video is full

    • Answer:

      (1)Need to change the code rate and frame rate to let down(not less than 18 frame rate),(2)Using the motion detection video.


       

  • IPC can search the wifi but can not connect

    • Answer:

      (1)Wifi signal SSID,WIFI password have some special characters such as:+*&% and so on.need to delete the router SSID and wifi password special characters ,so connect again.


       

  • the camera can not search the wifi

    • Answer:

      (1)Restore the factory settings.(2)Empty the browser cache or change the browser to try.(3)Using the PC client to search wifi (4)Sending the screenshot of  IPC system information to customer service confirmation,update the latest firmware update

      (1)whether installed plugin,if you use the first,need to installing a plug-in and allow it operation.(2)when you install WEB controls ,Active X control is prevented.and system if the popup block installation control dialog box,you need to inspect the IE browser settings.Open the Internet browser Explore the Internet options,select custom level,will be Active X control for no marked as safe to initialize and scripts run and download unsigned Active X controls is up for re-election as reminder.Save after run Internet Explore the browser again.(3)If the firewall or anti-virus software to prevent plug-ins run,setting allows the plugin to run.(4change the browser have a try,such as firefox ,Google and so on.
